The client was interested in our laptop stand and wants to customize it as a new product for his own brand.

But he didn’t have any experience in designing, and wants us to take full responsibility for the design and production of product packaging. He told us he wants their label printed on the box. And raises two questions:

  2. Do you have artwork of the label? Please send me file.

After replying to his questions, our design team communicated with him at any time during the design process, and then designed a packing box for him according to his needs and the size of the product.

The client ordered 200 pieces of lap stands from us, which corresponds to the 200 pieces of packing boxes he needs. But the packing factory’s MOQ is 1000 pieces. He only wants to order a small quantity to test the quality market at the first time, so he is not able to accept this MOQ.

As we truly want to help our clients create value, and we will never allow the interests of our clients to be compromised, so our clients has to pile up goods in order to fulfill our orders will never happen.

He gladly accepted it, and at the same time because of the increase in the quantity of orders we will also be ordered to lower the cost of a grade, and has brought a discount in price to the client.

 

After receiving this batch of the products, the client was very satisfied and thanked us very much for our help, which helped him get over the difficulties in the early stage of development. After a period of time, another 1000 pieces were ordered from us.
