Seek for an eligible factory

We summarized his requirements into documents and contacted the factories. Because the design is complicated, most of the factories are reluctant to take over this project. Besides, some factories have similar fabrics, but the panel design is different, and new molds need to be made, but the cost of the molds is too expensive. Some factories have the panel shape that the client wants, but there is no similar fabric. We have screened and selected, finally seek out a factory that meets the standards to make this product. The most important thing is that the fabric of this factory meets the customer’s request, which is hard to find in the market.

From common to unique

• Lap desk with the smooth, flat surface allows for proper laptop ventilation.

• It has a pillow filled with microbeads that conforms to your lap. • There is a slight slant BUT NOT VERY MUCH. And is a bit more cushion towards the top (where the handle is) to make it have a bit of a slant appeal.

• The microbeads can move to make the desk tilt higher or flatten for a more level position. That’s it. No fancy adjustments.

• The mobile phone slot on the top of the lap table has been transformed into a multi-functional slot that can hold both a mobile phone and a tablet.

• Under the tabletop, a sponge pad of the same color as the bottom cushion is added. This sponge pad can protect the user’s wrist well and reduce the pressure on the back of the hand.

Because of our good communication between the client and the manufacturers, the client received a satisfied customized product, and the sample was delivered on time in just few weeks.
