It is common for doctors and nurses to work long hours every day at a patient’s bedside and in front of a computer. For one client, we customized a batch of medical carts. With display holder that allow nurses of any height to take their work anywhere and work comfortably while sitting or standing.
This client is a procurement of a large medical organization , he saw our medical carts on our website, but also saw our display holders. He called us and said he liked both products and hoped we could customize a batch of medical carts with display holder for him.
Customized Plan
The client said their hospital would provide family doctor services to patients, so he wanted a smaller, more convenient cart with a display holder. He said most of the medical carts with display holder on the market are large and medium-sized which works for dental clinics, so he found us.
The design team and technical team of our company designed and produced a plan for him:
1.Equipped with vapour-pressure type of display holder, suitable for 15-32 inch display. Weighing 10kg.
2.Foldable and portable design for easy transportation and portability.
3.The hidden socket keeps the cable plug from being messy. The center of the column is hollow to hold the wires.
4.Use advanced ABS injection molding technology, the surface can resist scratch.
5.The chassis is streamlined, beautiful in appearance and easy to clean and maintain.
Achieving Production
Because the cart we are going to produce is not available on the market, none of the manufacturers contains all the production conditions and raw materials. Our team will determine the parameters of each part of the product specifications, divided it into sections and sent to three different factories. Each factory performs production under the supervision of our quality inspector. After production is completed, we assemble and test each part, then send the sample to the client.
After receiving the sample, the client said that they will conducted the trial first. And a week later, they called to say that the sample trial was satisfactory in all aspects, especially that the convenient design was suitable for their hospital, we solved their hospital’s family doctor’s work problem. Then we placed an order for 500 units.
